Thanks Errol. All planted tank enthusiasts should check out the link on that page, it's an absolute weath of good information. Here is the english version of that website, because the original is in Czech.  http://www.prirodni-akvarium.cz/en/ The LED section is particularly interesting. As for the aquasky 601, I've had really good results on my 60cm starfire, and I've had equally good results with the TMC grobeam 1500, but I haven't tried them with anything deeper than 20", I suspect the PAR drops off considerably after that.
