How do I update this account to be an ovas member so i can use the classifieds?

Hi.  I am trying to figure out how to have this account be labelled as an ovas club member so that I can use the classifieds section?  I have over 2 dozen young bushynose plecos to begin rehoming and i dont trust kijiji.
