Sick SA Cichlid I think help me !!!!

hey guys
I have these pinkish bumps on some of my port cichlids at first i tohught they were maybe cuts from aggresion but they havnt gone away yet i dont have a digital camera to get pics of them but to best describe it they are little bumps in groups on the fish on the sides an bottom of the dorsal fin they are pink looking like a big pimple if ya ask me please help me !
