Go into your profile and upload an avatar (the pic).

from your computer, go to browse, the where ever the pic is that you want, then voila you have a avatar pic

i tried but my pic was too big. 10 KB max and i donna know
my pic size but too big!!!!!!!

Maybe post your pic here as an attachment and someone can try and make you an icon? Cheers.

When saving, check to make sure that extra things such as background info etc isn't being saved as well, and tunr down the quality.

Just resize your pictures using the Image Resizer toy on that page (if you're using MS XP)

Or if you have photoshop, find a pic you like, save to your harddrive, crop out the extra stuff, and "save to web".
