You did indeed....now I have to see if it works.   Here's what's taken place in the past 24 hrs...started with a PH of 7.71.  Added 1 scoop of Proper Ph8.02 in 1 cup of water.  Waited for awhile and the Ph leveled at 7.89  Added another identical dose..Ph leveled at 7.94   Three hours later it dropped to 7.85.   24 hours later the Ph was 7.75.  Three hours after that reading my Ph is 7.64.  I should add that throughout this Ph roller coaster my fish seem to be in good shape.  

I also added two large pieces of Moponi wood tonight.  The fish gods only know what this will do to my Ph!!!

7.94 to 7.64 is hardly a roller coaster.
7 to 8.2 is a bit much though and about as much as I'd subject fish too without acclimating them slowly
