Where to purchase OVAS Membership?

I'm heading to Ottawa tuesday and Big Al's on Innes is a stop for sure, but I want to know if theres a place where I can just purchase it. Can I buy it at Big Al's?

Can one obtain the discounts with having the card in hand?  I ask as I just purchased a membership and I will need to be purchasing some SW related items in the very near future...
