Clean Water?!?

Hello,

 I currently have a tank that has 7 guppies in it with 2 algie eaters how ever it seems the water is very merkie/cloudie i've use the Clear Water Solution also tried Stress Coat non of this seems to work.. What would be causing this and how can i get it to clear up?

Also this tank contains 4 live plans

The tank is about 3 months old this only recently started happening...  Right now its kinda of a white cloudy colour with a tinge of green in it.... I feed them twice a day morning and evening.. all the food is usualy eaten with in 5 min

please take a clean glass and put water of your tank in it.
go under  a ligth and check again the color and if it is merkie/cloudie .
