Figure 8 puffers and a pleco?

Can I add a pleco in with my 4 figure 8's?
It is freshwater and not brackish.

Certainly you can.
 Plecos are not Aggresive while small......and certainly will help
 clean debries from you tank......In fact your figure 8 will probably
 nick at you poor pleco when first introduce your pleco.
 provided your pleco is small it should be ok.
