Cycling a new tank???

If I use the same gravel, same rocks, same driftwood, same heaters, same power heads and same filter, with the same media, will I have to cycle the new aquarium?

The filter with media is the important part.

If you can use the water from the old tank, is even better. try not to leave the new tank fishless for days, it will destroy the bacteria.
