Does anyone know where I can get information on dwarf keyhole cichlids?
I have fifteen and know very little about them.

Hope you are getting along okay after you accident. Key hole cichlids are a beautiful fish and one of my overall favourites, what they lack in colouration they more than make up in grace and personality. I wouldn't mind getting my hands on some myself one day as they are not often seen.

I ran across them a year back or so, good sized ones at the Pet Store in Galerie d'Hull but never grabbed any, I'm kicking myself now.

Try Cleithracara maronii, or Aequidens maronii, and I am sure you can find more information.

Is this a dwarf of the normal keyhole which is already pretty small?

Try "keyhole cichlid" using goggle. There is a lot of information available.
Keyhole it is  a nice and very gentle fish.Fifteen seems like a lot for a keyhole school. In big tank I had three and when a pair was set, then the third one hat no space to hide. My tank has tons of hiding places but it was not enough when a pair was ready to spawn. They are very peaceful and the only specie that was threaten by them  in my tank  was a fancy guppy; they could attack a male with fancy colors within seconds. Any other spices (in my opinion) are safe  and in case of aggression there is more push up by nose than a strike. I think they are one of the most gentle South American cichlids. To trigger the spawning a big water change is required (from my experience); and a change with cold water, but the eggs are prone to fungus so it looks like the proper water parameters are necessary as well. I like them where they are fully grown, nice fish and so gentle. I would list them as attractive as discus and checkerboard but not as demanding.

The 15 keyholes are in a 75 gal. tank and whenever I can figure out what to do with the 2 platinum angels I have a 150 that I can put some in. Maybe what I will do is swap tanks, put the 15 in the 150 and the 2 angels in the 75.
The only problem I seem to have with that is that the 150 is a deep tank (48x24x30)
