I have been taking pics of him and I don't know if there is something wrong or not.
This is his left side, it looks fine to me.

This is his right side, are those black spots wounds or normal??

to me it looks like his colouring...they aren't raised bumps or did they suddenly appear?

Thank you both, I think I have just over-reacted, he looks fine to me, I guess the photo just caught him at a weird angle.
