My cousin pointed out something in my tank, and im baffled?? It looks like a very tiny sea-monkeys / or / clear worms? It doesn't really swim, but goes with the current and wiggles like a worm. He found the same in his tank, and i took an ornement from him a while ago... Does anyone know what this is? is it bad? is it good? Will my cichlids eat it? I bought a new 55g and will be setting it up tonight or tomorrow, so should i not used the water from the 29g? And should i clean the ornaments like crazy?

Any marine biologist or OVAS experts out their that might know? BigDaddy, DarkDeep, BabbleFIsh?

Likely just freshwater copepods... nothing to really worry about.  Smaller fish should snack on 'em.

So this is a sign of a healthy tank?
