What should i do????

During the night, my lithobate get attacked on his eye and there is a little bit of white in it but h'es eating good and look top shape. My question is: should i put him in my emergency tank??? Do you know if his eye is going to be ok?
Doesn't look to bas but you can see clearly that there is something just happen.
