I'm not 100% sure,but there are some
dried up craters in that piece of rock,which is what I also have in my frag
of Sun polyps........which have died off in the past
to me they look like sun polyps..

I had some on my rocks in 2 tanks and on the glass...thought they were from my snails but what ever they were - they went away...at least they aren't where I can see them anymore.

thx everyone.. yea they are all over the rock's ... don't think they are bad but.. just thought I would check...ahh for the first time I have a real good bout of aptasia aswell.......... I guess that is what I get for working to much and not paying attention to the tank...... :-\

Funny, but I have also just noticed the same white spots on one rock in particular. Not sure what they are either?

Would you happen to also have those on the glass of your tank? Do they look like little swirls or spirals? If so, they could very well be tube worms. Not a bad thing to have.

Hello, the "things " I have are not swirls but are just white, round and slightly raised and about 3mm in diameter and are stuck on the LR. I wonder if that describes what Snigger has?

just got back from redbellies and found out that they are nerite eggs... so all good if they hatch lol

Very cool. That explains it as I got 5 nerite snails from Patrick a few weeks ago.
Way to go Sherlock, I mean Snigger  :)
