I am wondering what's a good foreground plant for the tank, that's relatively easy to take care of. I want something that'll cover most of the substrate at the front of my tank. Any suggestions?

Dwarf sag is fairly undemanding if you are looking for cover.

Anubias bateri v. nana or v. nana petite make nice individual foreground plant, as do smaller crypts like crypt. wendtii or undulata.
