Ich treatment?

It has been 10 days since the ich break out in my tank. Temp. is still up added 2nd 1/2 dose of Super Ick Cure Sat. For 5 days fish have shown no signs of ich.

I am going for an operation Thurs. will not be able to do heavy lifting afterwards. My question is would it be safe to turn temp. down, do large WC, and add some carbon back to filter? I am the only one here that takes care of all the tanks or knows how. I started injecting CO2 again slowly plus all 3 light tubes are back on. Can I also reduce aeration from bubble bar to not waste CO2?
