Anyone keep amano shrimp with discus? Wondering if the discus will just eat them or if the temperature would be too high for the shrimp?

A discus tank is too hot for the shrimp.  According to petshrimp.com, amanos like the temp to be a max of 78 degrees.  Discus should be kept at 85 degrees.  I think malasian trumpet snails would be a great algae eater in a discus tank.

Plus, as you mentioned, in all likelihood they'd wind up as a snack.
