Keeping both FW puffers in same tank

I currently have 3 South American Puffers (Colomesus asellus, first pic), but am looking to add 5 Dwarf puffers to the mix (Carinotetraodon travancoricus, second pic).  They are both medium aggressive puffers and are known to be the least aggressive of the puffer family.  This is a link that gives a description for both.  http://www.fishforums.net/index.php?showtopic=127807.

The Dwarf Puffer only grows to have the size of the South American Puffer so thats where my concern is.  But I also figure if they're both in groups the aggression will be divided.

Any advice?

Thanks

The Dwarf Puffer only grows to *half* the size...
