Hey guys, and gals.

So, i've picked up a free aquarium hood, with 3 lights fixtures & blubs. but im forgot to ask what dimension a tank it would belong to.

its black hood. internal dimension are 37" Lenght, and 18.5" width

are there standard size? or was this a custom hood?

many thanks,

is it a wooden hood that would fit the outside dimensions?  could be for a 30 or 40 gal breeder, or a 65gal tank.

its a black wooded hood. but all white interior,
37" Lenght, and 18.5" width is the internal dimension, and there wood itself if it include everything, is. argh, gotta go measure it...

39"L and 19.5"W external dimension.

could this be a 60Gallon hood?  and is this an eazy type of tank to get?

many thanks,

It is usually easier to get the tank. Than to find a canopy, and try to match that canopy to a tank.... :)It is kind of like me  running around with a bag of fish with no tank yet, yelling don't you die on me you Ba$t@rd$!!!!!!.... :D :D :D

It will probably fit anything with a 36X18 foot print, see link for tanks with the said foot print.
