I would like to know what stores offers a discount (how much) to OVAS members.

I know BA gives a 15%

If you look at the link, each sponsor's discount is stated.  If there is none listed, then they do not offer a discount.  The discount varies, as well as what the discount covers, depending upon the sponsor.
