lost some of my fish today

One of my darters died without my noticing ( a while ago from the looks of it  ) and the resulting pollution wiped out 1 sculpin, my logperch + an oto cat.   I hadn't seem him in a while but the tank is heavily planted and they hide a lot so didn't think much of it.  But lifted a piece of driftwood today and yuck, a very dead fishy.  Oh well, so it goes...

That always sucks.  Been lucky normally I notice in time or the other fish clean things up if you know what I mean.
