by doing a water change, I'm gonna remove co2 right?
i have 33ppm now :(

33ppm isn't that bad.

The way to lower CO2 levels in a tank is to let it outgas.  That means either running an airstone or lowering the water level so water coming out of your filter is causing a lot of surface disruption.

And, of course, adjust your CO2 a little bit so that you get it down below 30ppm.
