NO3 test kit

What is a good NO3 FW test kit for testing below 5ppm? Don't want to pay an arm & a leg though. It is for testing water in my FW invert breeding tank.

In the last 6 months I have switched all tests kits to Salifert and can't imagine every going back.

I am not sure if they can be used in fresh though  :-\
