depends whether your tank is glass or arcylic, if glass you may not want to keep it. arcylic no worries, but it a nice looking little guy/girl.

This probably tiger pistol shrimp, but I can be wrong.
If so, max it will be 2.5-3". It will definitely move your substrate while digging under the rocks, so care should be taken, that rock will not break the glass.
Usually very peaceful and can get together with shrimp gobies.

I would keep it. But I like these guys. I have 3 candy stripe pistol shrimps and they are not very big. They reach 1" max after one year, but every day they changing the look of my tanks floor.
