Pebble stones - where to get them?

Hello dear fishkeepers! 

Can someone help me with the right advice in regards to where I can locate some pebble stones?

Tired of sand in the tank (cichlid mix). Hard to clean.

P.S. Please don't send me to bigals, as I am not going to spend $500 on some stones that i can probably collect somewhere (but where?)

Almost all of those small scale landscape product places are open now. Most of them sell by the bag or 1/2 yard bucket. They would definitely have river rocks, which is pretty much what you're looking for.
