Fresh Water Sharks

anyone know of any cool fresh water sharks. I currently have an albino one and a redtail black shark. I heard Bala Sharks make nice additions to your tank but are very fragile. Any comments on what sharks make good pets?

Before getting into to Cichlids, we had Bala Sharks. We really enjoyed them, very peaceful, very easy to maintain. Ours grew to about 7 or 8 inches, we lost him when we moved here, our PH here is 7.8 out of the tap. We moved into a new home, that should have been  finished 8 wks before, and was still not complete, the walls we not even painted. We also had just come back from China with our new baby, so.... I wasn't testing water. I highly recommend them , everyone that came over just loved them. Lynn
