I just wanted to say, I LOVE the email that was sent out!!

Great job Now can that be done every month? or is that just a special occasion reminder??

Thanks.  The email was sent out to only OVAS members this time as a reminder of the meeting and as a another way of getting people interested in the elections that are upcoming. 

Hopefully before the start of next season we will have in place a more organized mailing list (opt out will be enabled) that will be used to better advertise our monthly meetings.

By the way thank-you also to the execs., nice touch.

I was disappointed in not being able to make the meeting,
especially one that was so important.
