Mouth Fungus

Hi,

I'm having some trouble with my rusty cichlids.  I bought them a few months ago at the SP on Merivale.  One of them had ich so I treated him with Pima Fix.  Everything seemed to be ok but a few days later I noticed he had tail rot...treated that with more Pima Fix. Everything was ok for a few days then he developed mouth fungus with more tail rot.  Pima fix couldn't treat that so someone from Big Al recommended Liquid Fungal Cure.  That seemed to work but shortly after the treatment ended he got mouth fungus again!  I've treated him several times for the fungus but it always comes back.  I checked the pH, nitrate, nitrite, and ammonia and they are all 'normal'.  I'm not sure what I should do...any suggestions would be helpful...
