Frogs Committing Susicide

anyone ever hear of frogs committing susicide? only 1 day after one of my frogs died (from natural causes) all the other frogs committed suscide by climbing out of my tank threw a small crack at the top. Anyone ever hear of anything like this?

I've heard that shrimps do that, but this is due to the bad water parameters.
One of the guyes reported that most of hist shrimps escaped the aquarium, when ph was raised accidentaly to ~8
