Sick Pleco

Hey Everyone,

I just bought a bristlenose pleco the other day and it was black with white spots.  Now it seems to have brown blotches on its skin.  Does anyone know what this might be (disease?) and what I can do about it.  Thanks

They change colour quite a bit, especially when smaller. It might just be normal mood colour changes.

Yup, I agree. Mine (gibbiceps) does that (brown blotches) all the times.

I looked at my BN, he was blotchy last night.  This morning he's normal-colored again, but the other one is blotchy.  I don't think you have to worry!

I hoped it was nothing but needed confirmation.  I'll keep an eye on him anyways and let you know if it gets worse.
