Important Information Regarding your on-line "OVAS Club Member" Status

Dear OVASers,

I have completed the overhaul of on-line "OVAS Club Member" statuses. This means that the new or returning 2009/2010 seasons' card holding members either retained or acquired the member status next to their nick name, while those who did not renew or purchase their membership lost or did not obtain the status. If you are a card holding member and you do not have the membership status in your profile, two things might have happened:

1) Your nick is either missing or misspelled in our membership database (separate from the on-line database). If this is the case please get in touch with me through PM with your first and last name and I'll sort it out with no delay.

2) I have made an error and either did not add or removed your status by mistake. If this is the case, once again, please get in touch and it'll be sorted out.

I was just wondering what criteria was used for the "rank" in the profile - for example "fry", "spawning adult", etc.

It is based on the amount of postings you've made on the forum. The more postings you've made, the older you get in your fishy lifespan. Just a fun thing our webmaster added once upon a time .
