Lighting needs for corals

Does anyone know of some good corals for a beginner reef?
i don't have power compacts or anything yet, just a 48" power glo and a 48" marine glo, i know thats not alot of lighting, but is there any low light corals that are fairly hardy?

They are experts at keeping and propogating corals and they know what should be and should not be kept by aquarists.
