Good lighting deal and T5 or CF?

Hi all,

I found an online store is having a sale on lighting:

I know DIY can be cheaper, but I'm not a handy man. In fact,
the price looks very attractive. Anyway, I just wanna share
this with everyone. but my question is whether to get a T5 or
CF? The 48" 108W T5 or the 48" 130W CF. The output is not a
big concern because they are not a hugh different. I read that
T5 is a better tech than CF bcuz it produces less heat and slimmer.
What do you think and does anything have experience on them?
Also, the available of the bulb is my concern also and the price.
