They sell the full setups there Marx, tank, regulator, solenoid and bubble counter... the only thing you'll need is a reactor. And you can build one to hook inline with your canister for less than $10.

i can just have it connect to the inlet of my fluval.. and watch the bubble in the water before it gets sucked into filter..

so im looking around 370$ total plus fill up.. on 10# canister.

Alternatively, Mops.ca has one kit, and you can buy a used 10lbs CO2 tank from Davidson's Fire Extinguishers on Percy for about $80 or so.  Fill-up is about $20. As for reactor, I added a very fine airstone at the end of my CO2 tube and feed that in my canister inlet to get good dissolution.
