Cichlids and dither fish

Thanks Troy and everyone else for helping out. I've decided to just keep things as they are and have added more hiding places that the fish can use and I can see them in. I relize that the tank might be abit too small but I just dont have the room right now to add another tank in the appartment. Besides Im liking the way it looks and the fish seem happy.
