February Meeting - The Border Services Are Coming!

We have another excellent speaker lined up for our February meeting.
The meeting will be held on Monday February 28 at 7 PM at JA Dulude Arena.

I would like to introduce Debbie McGuire of the Canada Border Services Agency.

Debbie began her career with the Government of Canada in 1999 with the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency.  In 2002, Debbie took a position with the Trade Division and began working in outreach.  Following the creation of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) in 2003, Debbie became a Senior Trade Officer in the Northern Ontario Region assisting importers and brokers in the St-Lawrence District to help them meet the obligations of new trade legislation and policies introduced after September 11, 2001.  Debbie continues to deliver outreach information sessions and represents the CBSA at trade shows within the region.  She is available to provide advice and on-site client visits or formal importing information seminars focusing on customs and trade legislation compliance issues.

Not to be Missed!

Time permitting I will present a quick slide presentation on our 2010 OCA trip.

There will be no mini-auction due to our Giant Auction Sunday March 6.
