Disposing MicroWorms

I was wondering if they would do any damage to my garden or if they would be benificial to it? or do i plop it in a grocery bag, tie it up and toss it out???

You could toss them into a green bin, flush them down toilet, or simply let your culture dry out completely and then you could toss them into your garden as I think zero MWs live when dried out.

the main question was would they do harm to my garden if i just bury them in the soil a bit alive,  as in eat out the roots of the plants or are they like earthworms and create beneficial pathways etc...
