Coccoon?!?!

Seems like we always find new things in our tank when we do a water change around here!

Tonight, a coccoon sac with eggs. What in the world makes a coccoon in a community tank?? We have Angels (no), Platties (no), 4 different kinds of Tetras (neon, penguins, phantoms and ), 3 baby plecos, a chinese algea eater.... and 2 frogs - so am I going to have tadpoles soon?

Please say it isn't so! LOL
And will the other fish have a good snack if I don't remove the sac?
