I was doing some research on stocking my first tropical tank (20 gallon which is currently cycling) and came across this site.  8)  I've been keeping goldfish for the past 12 years or so and decided to try tropical.  I took some pics but they came out either blurry or there was too much reflection...anyone have any camera tips?  Thanks to this site, I've been to La Niche, Critter Jungle and of course both Big Al's.  Any other freshwater stores I should visit?

Welcome to ovas. Those are pretty much the best stores around, you may find some smaller operations here an there, but Big Al's and La Niche are two of my personal favourites.

Well.. Welcome from a fellow freshwater hobbyest!

I like to use MOPS (mail order pet supply) for anything non-live. And since I dont have much of an expensive taste in fish (just like the look of them), I simply get my fish from BAs when they are on sale.

I sort of figured out the reflection issue for my camera.  If I turn the flash on, I don't get as much reflection but I do get a bright spot in the middle...oh well.

Both my tanks are hand me downs from father from when he kept fish in the 70's so that's why you see the silver trim on the 20 gallon tank.
