Question about LEDs

I'm currently looking to change my t5s to LEDs and came across these LEDs.

I have no experience with LEDs  so I was wondering if they were strong enough to grow SPS in my 46 gal tank.

Real question is how LED is in a strip, and how many watt ? how long is that strip ? how much $$$ are they ?

The other thing that can be very important to you....I see that you can control intensity but not the colors.....so you can DIM all of them at once.....it's preferable when you can turn down some colors and max out others.....finally it's also nice when you can ramp up and down to simulate sunrise / sunset.

I've experienced with DIY, AI and RADION.....it takes about 2 AI module to have the equivalence of an RADION.....DYI are cheaper but requires some work to make / assembled and are not that slick.

My tank is LED / SPS exclusive....I have excellent growth....and have to frag more and more since I've converted to RADION.
