Can you identify this shrimp?

Can anyone identify this shrimp/lobster? He digs alot, very active, he is all over the place,on the rocks, glass etc. He lives under the rocks but he is out all the time. If you put something in the tank he comes out to stand his ground. It's a real pain cleaning the glass because he tries to pinch you.

I thought that he was a pistol shrimp but I didn't think that they were that active. Any way, I've been having things go missing in my tank like a couple of clown fish and an emerald crab. These things disappeared without a trace. Could this be the culprit?

Orange pistol shrimp looks like to me.

The crab could be, but the clown fish I doubt it. But I'm not a marine expert.
