Newbie student from DT O.T

hey guys, just saying hi, I am currently in the beginning stage where i'm reading and learning about aquariums, live plants, and fishes. today I bought a used 15 Gallon aquarium for 30$, simply to start the basics and get it ready before I even put live goods in there. I'm a paramedic student thought that having a 15 gallon aquarium would be great for my type.

Iv'e been doing a lot of research and CPD's really interest me.  

My goal is to have them by the end of April, as i'm still in the learning process and making a LIST of what to get and to do.

Any help is really appreciated,
