Beefheart

I tried buying Beef heart today from two of my LFS but no one had any .
I used to buy the San Francisco Bay Brand.
Has anyone seen it around Ottawa or have they discontinued
it?
I have some old stuff but it's not the best quality, could be fed in a pinch,
but would really like to get fresh.

Have you try making fresh beef heart. You can buy them at your local grocery.

Yes I have made it before but have gotten lazy.
Maybe I'll have to start making it again.
