OVAS May monthly meeting

The next OVAS Monthly meeting is scheduled to be on May 27th from 7-9p.m. at Tom Brown Arena
It is difficult to believe it is May which marks our last monthly meeting of the year. This also means it is elections time! For the latest information on candidates and available positions, please visit the May elections thread: http://ovas.ca/forum/index.php?topic=55894.0.

At this monthly meeting it will also be a chance to be part of planning for the upcoming year. The plan is to have a Cafe style facilitated groups where each team will brainstorm on a specific topic. The 5 topics are:

• Aquamania 2014
• Web Presence/Library
• Program - monthly topics
• BAP/AHAP (plants)
• Promotion

Each table will have a designated moderator that will guide the discussion.

Of course, there will be treats available, for sale tables for those that want to sell their fish related items and let's not forget prizes to be won.

Here is your chance to voice your ideas and make the club that much better!
