Lighting a corner tank

Whats the best way to do this? I have a strip light (taken from a standard 30g tank) and its sitting on top. It really doesn't given enough light or the surface area. I though about putting a smaller strip light behind the one I already have...


Suggestions?  :D

You could build a custom canopy with longer bulbs at the front and shorter ones moving backwards...

It's essentially the same as lighting a 30 inch tank... they don't make 30 inch bulbs.

Either you overlap bulbs to get the right coverage... or you go with as many watts as you can in the middle, and accept that you'll have some darker edges around the tank.

Round bulbs comes to mind - the type you see in desk lamps.  No idea what wattage or physical size they come in and you would have to build a canopy for it.

A MH pendant should brighten things up a bit!

Id get one or two, but they wont take my car as a trade in. Said it wont fit in the isle . . .  8)
