Time

I have to set my profile time to GMT-6 to get the correct time on the posts. But Ottawa is GMT-5. What am I doing wrong? :?:

We're not in Daylight Savings.

Time went back an hour so that it would get light out earlier and be darker later;  -6 makes sense to me.

But nobody else had to change theirs to -6....

EDIT:  I double checked the time of this post and I'm one hour off.  -6 it is.  :-)

So does that mean the time on the server or whatever, is wrong. Not a big deal here, just curious.

I thought daylight savings time was -5;  and during the rest of the year it was -6;

I recently had to switch to -6 also.

Same here. I remember this coming up during the summer, and it had to be set at GMT -4 to compensate for DST. Did u correct that Marc?

The server time was corrected in the summer but I don't remember exactly what was done.  I think it had more to do with getting the minutes part corrected rather than the hour.
