I am having a hard time controlling the number of baby snails. Any advice. I have a clown lauch, but it is too much for him to control.
What can I do?

buy more loaches, or take as many snails as you can and save them for me - i have loaches and barbs, and they are hungry.

if you have snails to give away - let me know 864-4240.

The think is, I already have some loaches. I can't have more. As for the snails. Well they are so tiny by all over the place.
I am going to be doing a major cleaning today. Hopefully I can take care of some of them.

when loaches go on sale at my store I have people coming in and buying 10+ at a time regularly

What type of fish do you have in with the clown loach? What is the size of the tank?

Place some lettuce at the bottom of the tank. Leave it overnight, and remove in the morning. You should be able to get lots of snails out each night when you do this.

I happen to need snails here for Porcupine, Green-Spotteds, and Dwarf puffers. The "snail-breeding tank" can't keep up!

Thanks everyone for your help. I had to buy a couple more loaches to take care of the problem. Hopefully in a couple of weeks I would notice a difference.
