starting a new 75 gallon community tank

I need some suggestions please.

I'm looking to have small natural colored substrate. Also some Java ferns, Anubias, and valls nothing too fancy. For decor, large driftwood on slate rock.

For fish, 10 boesmanis, 15 cardinal tetras, 15 penguin tetras, Bristle nose pleco,Red tail black shark And some electric blue rams...  and 15 Harlequin rosbaras

Any other suggestions?

I'd throw in some clown loaches for leftover control. Great looking fish, get to a really nice size and can live for a long time. A small crew of them would like to hang out together and play as well. Fun to watch.
