Broken Band Hillstream Loach

Hey Folks!

I was wondering if you know where to acquire a Broken Band Hillstream loach? I am interested in this species, partially because of their alleged taste for cyanobacteria.

I am currently battling it in my 33 gallon. Oh the fun never ends!!  I don't even know how I introduced it into my tank, or if it all was infected when I bought it. I've been using hydrogen peroxide, which works fantastic, my plants hate it, but if I miss a tiny smidgen, it starts creeping back up. I'm sure I haven't done a good enough job.

Any thoughts?
