Been away from the forum for a while... just doing my thing and helping friends getting into the hobby.

I'm getting more and more interested in nano tanks between 12 and 24g.

I know nothing about them but after having both a 90g and a 120g for 3 years each, I'd like a new challenge.

My question is for those who had or have nano tanks.

What's the pros and cons of each nano tank brands such as bio cube, nano cube, cad, etc?

Here's a pic of my 120g in return for your answers

thanks  :)

IMO,most of the manufactured all in one nanos will be lacking in one aspect or another, whether it be lighting, inferior pumps, not enough room etc.If you want a good nano system w/ higher end equipment it is better to build your own. That said most nano lighting etc will support softies and lps

Got Fish?

I have the bio cube 29 at home. I did an led upgrade to it and am way happier with it now than before. I still like it as my number one.  I have the cad 18g set up at the store and it's ok just a little small for my liking but has been a very popular seller. Like Ray said you have to give and take so look into what you like the look of most and go from there.
